Wingspan Development Group presents Pabst59, a 59-acre mixed-use development along I-94 in fast-growing and desirable Oconomowoc, WI.  

After decades of multiple developers failing to deliver on this site, Wingspan has breathed life into the vacant land that is part of the larger, master planned development of Pabst Farms.  

Through a meticulous design process, we have programmed the site into four areas.
