Wekiva Ranch is a 368-unit Class A apartment community situated on 21.47 acres in Apopka—a rapidly growing submarket of Orlando, Florida.

Apopka’s residential, commercial, and employment sectors are flourishing following the completion of the Wekiva Parkway Expansion (Highway SR-429) in January of 2023, which connected the city with all the major population and employment hubs of Greater Orlando. The site is less than ¼ mile east of the Kelly Park Road Interchange and directly across the street from a Publix-anchored retail development.

The proposed unit mix ranges from studios to three-bedroom units and will feature Class A finishes, as well as new, first-to-market townhome style units.
